Decoding the actress’ final look, Mahek, who has earlier trained Aditya Roy Kapur, Remo D’Souza, Manish Paul and others, revealed how Shraddha managed to stay fit through a specially designed fitness regime and a dedicated diet plan. As reported by Mid-Day, ‘Tu Jhootha Main Makkar’ director Luv Ranjan told Mahek that he wanted a body that was “hot and toned” and at the same time “not too ripped”. ” After this the fitness trainer divided the task into two phases. Highlighting the next phase, Mahek said, “Phase 2 was all about getting the deep lean look where the stomach had to be slim with less retention on the face.” The meals were pre-planned and included leafy salads, vegetable soups, falafel, chickpeas, chia seeds, acai and blueberry smoothie bowls to create a high-protein and low-carb diet. The fitness trainer revealed that the diet for the ‘Aashiqui 2’ star was strict here which included intermittent fasting for 14 hours.

“Shraddha has made herself ready to follow a healthy lifestyle. She does not eat processed food and is very particular about what she feeds her body. Talking about it, Mahek said, “The result was a lean, sharp and hot body.”
