What is SOHFIT 40-DAY CHALLENGE?
The SOHFIT 40 day challenge started long before the pandemic. We aim to improve public health and thus, reach out to as many people as possible. The challenge combines training, nutrition and a sense of belonging to a community. We provide participants with a training program for 40 days and a set of nutrition guidelines. It aims to educate people and empower them to make their own decisions.
You also launched the RFT India Movement along with Dr Rulk. How was it cooperating with him?
Da Rulk is an absolute legend. He is someone I have always looked up to and tried to learn from. It is a great feeling to call your mentor a friend and he has been both for me and for me.
What is your main fitness philosophy?
Fitness is all about having fun and doing the things you want to do without thinking twice. I want fitness to be a part of everyone’s life.
How was it training Alia Bhatt, especially during her pregnancy?
It is always a pleasure to train Alia. She is super committed and never shies away from working hard. For me, she is family and even during her pregnancy and post-pregnancy period, she has done what was necessary and done it smartly. The best thing is that she enjoys herself during her workout.
What does your personal fitness regimen look like?
My routine is constantly changing. It really depends on what my goals are during the stipulated period. Strength training and RFT (Raw Functional Training) have always been a part of my routine. I find ways to incorporate the things I love into my routine because that’s what keeps me going.
