In a prank on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Joe Wicks shocked an audience member by chopping up an entire raw cauliflower.
The fitness guru was the latest celebrity to feature in the hilarious Get Out of My Ears segment, which sees stars wearing ear pieces as the show’s presenters Ant and Dec tell them what to do and say.
In a teaser clip shared ahead of her segment on Saturday, March 18, Wicks can be seen taking cauliflower from her fridge and chopping into it, as a person nearby observes.

Disguising himself as an ant and trying to laugh in his ears, Wicks then introduced himself to the man, saying: “Bite a little bit on that side.”
“That’s it, take a big one,” he proceeded, as the unsuspecting man took a big bite and the ant—hiding in a secret room—roared with laughter.
Wicks, 37, was then asked to say that when he was eating the crispy vegetable he felt like he was eating brains.
“I’m a zombie, give me brains,” he quipped, as he tried to keep a straight face.
This weekend’s program will also feature guest announcer Hollywood star Toni Collette and include the next installment of Ant and Dec’s entertaining mini-show, Murder at Bigwig Manor.
Jake Shears will be the star of End of the Show.
Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway returned to TV screens for a new series in February.
